    A couple of days ago I set up my Tip Board in MDX so that the attractions that I want to book first (Indiv LL / Genie+) are listed on top. Now everything selection I made is gone! Same for my dining selection. How is this possible?

    I understand your great anticipation to set all your plans in place for your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort, including the customization of your Tip Board in the My Disney Experience Mobile App to prepare for your Disney Genie+ service attraction and experience selections during your theme park touring.

    My personal experience having used the Disney Genie+ service and the customization of attractions and experiences, was that I had to have a Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservation for each day of my valid theme park admission, and the customization of attraction and experience in the Tip Board worked closer to my visits to each theme park, within approximately 5-days prior. Another factor to consider is whether or not your mobile device currently uses one of the minimum device requirements that support the My Disney Experience Mobile App. Sometimes I found it useful to turn my mobile device off and on again and to offload and reinstall the app. If you continue to experience this void using the app kindly contact Walt Disney World Resort - My Disney Experience and MagicBands for immediate support prior to your visit, or you can receive support during your visit at any Guest Experience Team Kiosk near attractions, or a Walt Disney World Resort Guest Relations Lobby inside a theme park.

    Using the My Disney Experience Mobile App you can enjoy the contactless convenience of Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering for participating Quick-Service venues that may be on your preferred Tip Board list. Please ensure that your Payment Method in the app is updated to facilitate any vacation essential app transactions of this type.  

    Another convenient feature of the My Disney Experience Mobile App is the ability to create a Disney MagicMobile pass to access your theme park admission from your digital wallet on your mobile device with Disney MagicMobile Service.

    During your visit, you will be able to opt into the Disney Genie+ service on the day of your theme park visit to make your first Lightning Lane selection beginning at 7:00 AM Eastern Time.
