Hi there, Amber!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, fellow Texan! I know you are excited that your Disney Cruise Line vacation is coming up! It will be here before you know it and as a previous Disney Cruise Line Guest and
Castaway Club member, you know exactly what is awaiting you onboard – nonstop fun and entertainment, magical memories and much more!
I am glad you stopped by with your great question about documents needed when you arrive at
Port Canaveral for embarkation. Honestly, I have never printed out the Port Arrival Form and brought it with me when I arrive for check-in and embarkation, but I ALWAYS bring my cruise document booklet that I receive in the mail a few weeks before the voyage. I do recommend bringing this with you as it will have your reservation number and they will often check for this when you arrive at the port terminal. So, once your “Mickey Mail” arrives, be sure to keep that booklet with your carry-on luggage so you will have it easily accessible and won’t forget it when you go to pack. Additionally, I recommend waiting to put your luggage tags on until the last minute just to ensure they don’t accidentally get removed.
Hopefully you’ve gotten all your onboard activities and excursions booked now that you’ve completed your Online Check-In! If not, be sure to do so at least three days prior to your voyage so that all you have to do is show up and enjoy! And, also, if you are not aware, your stateroom host or hostess will no longer leave a Daily Navigator in your room each evening so be sure you have the
Navigator app downloaded to have access to a full schedule of onboard events and entertainment, character greeting locations and lots more!
Wishing you a magical and memorable adventure at sea! Say hi to Captain Mickey for me!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
