    The official website for Walt Disney World is the information you want to go by.  The other site is a fan-based site.  The information given there is often accurate, but for things like park hours and show times it's best to go with official information.

    I think it's a pretty safe bet that Fantasmic! will be showing on both 7/25 and 7/27 at 9:00 PM and 10:30 PM.
