Counting the days!! 74!! When can I request the building I would like to stay in during my stay? Which buildings are the closest to food and big pool in POFQ? Also need to rent a stroller? ages 5 and 7. Where is the best rental place?

Hi Jone!  Your 74 days will just fly by so get excited now!

You can have reservations put your request on your information now but I always suggest you follow that up with a note that is faxed to the resort about five days ahead of your check-in date. If you do it too soon it will get lost in the shuffle as the room assigner doesn't start working on things until a week out.

There are many great buildings and areas at the French Quarter. I suggest Building 2 in the South Quarter or Building 4 or 5 in the North Quarter. Both buildings are fairly close to the food areas and also the pool.

Renting a stroller will be up to you. My grandson stopped using one at the age of four but each child is an individual with different needs. You might want to consider simply buying the inexpensive umbrella stroller which can be found in almost every shop on property. It is about $55 and would be far cheaper then renting one.  In the end if you want to donate it to another family checking in when you check out you can do that! They have a simple cover and fold easily for the buses. If you feel you need something more sophisticated then I suggest you check out the inventory at orlandostrollerrentals.com. They are a company that many guests have used for strollers and other baby needs. Hope this helps with the planning and it is now probably 73 days and counting!
