Counting the days to leave my 19 months baby girl at the beautiful It's a small world! However,do you have spanish speaking personnel onboard working shifts in the nursery? Is there is aregistered nurse in the nursery at all time? Just taking precautions

    Hi Carla!

I'm so excited for you! Sounds like you'll be either on The Disney Dream or its sister ship, The Disney Fantasy!  Both are simply amazing.  I should warn you that you will be totally spoiled by the time you get ready to go home.

It's a Small World Nursery does have specially trained counselors, but I can't guarantee that there is a registered nurse on call in the nursery 100% of the time.  I can guarantee you, however, that the safety of Disney Cruise Line's littlest Guests are top priority.  The counselors that are charged with the care of your children are trained not only with how to entertain the kids, but to tend to their well being and safety in the case of an unforeseen emergency.  There is a doctor and nurse onboard each sailing should medical care be needed.

In reference to a Spanish speaking counselor; you can request this when making your reservations.  Every effort will be made to have a Spanish speaking counselor there for your child especially if this is the only language your child can communicate in.

I hope this helps.  Please let me know if you have any other questions.  I'm always happy to help.  Bon voyage Carla!
