    At counter service restaurants can you get free refills on all drinks including soft drinks, coffee, and hot chocolate? At some places i know you can walk up & do it yourself, but at the others its behind the service counter. Thanks!

    Some days - especially on the the grueling hot days of summer - my family plans our meals around the Quick Service Restaurants with soda fountains you can walk up to! Free refills are great! But when the fountain is behind the counter, refills are not included in the price of your drink. So if you are extra thirsty, I'd suggest purchasing a larger sized drink.
