My countdown is no longer on my Disney experience. Is it somewhere else?

    Hi Jo-Anne,

Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

It looks like your Walt Disney World vacation planning is well underway! There is so much to see and do and experience with a Walt Disney World vacation that I'm certain you'll have lots of magic awaiting you.

You're spot-on in noticing that presently the trip countdown feature is absent from My Disney Experience. Previously, there was a countdown feature on the "My Plans" page and it would show a message like "See you in ... days!" with a countdown until your check-in day. After reaching out to the Walt Disney Internet Help Desk, I learned that this countdown feature has been removed with the introduction of date-based ticketing. Currently, your My Disney Experience "My Plans" page will display prompts for you to guide you on making FastPass+ selections and dining reservations, though it won't display a trip countdown.

Jo-Anne, as you get more plans going for your Walt Disney World vacation, please do come back and visit Disney Parks Moms Panel with any questions you have. Each of the Panelists at Disney Parks Moms Panel is here for you and happy to help.

    Enjoy your Disney!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
