How can I get our countdown calendar? I’m 75yrs old and not too computer savvy and sort of overwhelmed, help

Hiya, Janet! Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for bringing us your question.

Wowza, I sure hope I'm able to keep visiting Walt Disney World when I'm 75 years old like you! You must be so excited to head to the Most Magical Place on Earth with your loved ones later this year. This is surely shaping up to be an incredibly magical summer for you!

Janet, I'm happy to report that finding your vacation countdown is easier than you think. All you need to do is download the My Disney Experience mobile app. When you open it, you'll see a button that says "Log In" at the top of the screen. Now, simply log into your My Disney account, or if you don't have one yet, click on "Create Account". If you've already planned your vacation, I'm sure you already have an account, though.

Once you're logged in, you'll want to click on the three lines at the bottom right corner of the screen and then scroll down until you see "Hotel Reservations". If your reservation is already linked to your account, this is where you'll see your countdown! If you haven't linked it yet, you can do so by heading to the "Type ID" tab and filling out your Confirmation Number and the last name on your reservation under "Resort Reservation". You can find all of this information in the confirmation email you received from Disney Destinations right after booking your vacation package.

I hope this helps, Janet! If you have any other questions, you know where to find us. We're always available and more than happy to help here at planDisney. Have a magical day!

    Warm hugs,
