i couldn’t go a halloween party due to being too ill to travel. I understand the tickets are non refundable and i’ve been offered credit for a future disneyworld ticket but i won’t be able to travel to the usa again from uk. Do i have any other options?

    Hiya, Lauren!

Welcome back to planDisney, friend! I am so very sorry to hear that you were unable to attend Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party due to an illness. This was undoubtedly a twist of fate that was unexpected. I'm sending faith, trust, and pixie dust that you are feeling better as this message reaches you.

It saddens me to report that you are correct, tickets to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party are nonrefundable and nontransferable. If travel becomes an option for another day, the credit you have been offered is a great option for a new adventure at Walt Disney World Resort. If not, another option you may have is to reassign the ticket. Here's what that means. If the credit you have been offered is in the form of a ticket that is now linked to your My Disney Experience account, you may be able to reassign it to another Guest in your travel party. This can be done through your My Disney Experience account on the Walt Disney World website, or through the My Disney Experience app. Tickets can be reassigned by selecting the ticket you cannot use and clicking the Reassign Ticket option. This will be located under the ticket on the app, and next to the ticket on the website. If your credit is not a ticket currently linked to your account, you will be unable to reassign it.

Lauren, I truly hope you can visit again someday, or that you are able to find a new home for your ticket.
We hope to see ya real soon!
