    Couldnt find my ticket reserved

    Can you feel the magic and excitement in the air? The reopening day of Disneyland Resort theme parks is a little over a week away! I’m happy to hear you were able to get tickets and park reservations for the Happiest Place on Earth.

    I’m sorry that you’re having difficulty locating your park reservations. After you confirmed your selection, you should have received your confirmation of park reservation AND a QR code sent to email address linked to your Disney account (please note: you also had the option to change the email address if needed). You will also be able to access and manage your park reservations on the top of the home page in the Disneyland mobile app as well. 

    Stitch sometimes wreak havoc unexpectedly. If you continue to encounter issues, I suggest you contact Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and a friendly Cast Member will gladly assist you. Due to the unprecedented demand of Guests wishing to return to a land of Magic, wait times to speak with a Cast Member may be longer than usual. I’ve recently contacted Guest Information recently and I just put my phone on speaker and enjoyed the Disney music while I waited.
