    I couldn't find Mickey's Backyard bar b q Has it been cancelled

Hi there, Louise.  Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground is so much fun.  I've always enjoyed all of the activities and dining options this resort has to offer.  Unfortunately, the last reservation for Mickey's Backyard BBQ was at the end of 2018 and there are no plans of it coming back in the foreseeable future. My family enjoyed this dinner show and I have to admit, I am sad to see it go.  However, there are a lot of other fun dinner shows at Walt Disney World that you can enjoy instead.  You can even find a similar style show that is also located at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.  The Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue is located in Pioneer Hall and offers a rootin tootin good time with some of the finest grub around the Fort.  Served up family style is all-you-care-to-enjoy fried chicken and ribs, salad, baked beans, fresh-baked cornbread and for the grand finale strawberry shortcake.  My family and I experienced this dinner show for Christmas Eve last year and had the best time!

I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back and ask!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
