Hi there, Kamille!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so excited that you are booking a Disney Cruise Line vacation. My family’s first sailing was on the Magic and now 14 cruises later, it's one of my four favorite ships!
All staterooms have a queen sized bed and a sofa that converts into a twin bed and the staterooms have a curtain that can be pulled closed to create some privacy between the bed and sofa bed. Our boys are young so we love this feature because we can create a dark, quiet area for them to sleep while we plan our next day’s activities on the Daily Navigator!
On the Magic, you will find many of the common areas including restaurants and lounges on Deck 3. Deck 5 is home to the
Oceaneer Club and Lab. If you prefer to avoid those higher traffic areas, I recommend looking at the forward section of decks 6 and 7. You still have wonderful access to areas on the ship, but we find it tends to be a little quieter and less elevator traffic!
Once you book your reservation make sure you set a cruise countdown clock on the Navigator app and start exploring excursion opportunities through
Port Adventures so you are ready to book when your online booking window opens (75 days before sailing for first time Guests). Then you can just sit back, relax and wait for your vacation to come!
You are going to have the best time on the
freshly updated Disney Magic! Be prepared for many memories to be made and you probably won’t want to leave!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
