    Costumes policy in parks

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Sharon!

Whether you are young or young at heart, wearing a costume when attending Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party can be so much fun. I have seen some very creative costumes over the years. From a family dressing in matching shirts with the Incredibles logo to a family who sons dressed as Hitch Hiking Ghosts from Haunted Mansion, I am always in awe of the creativity of Guests. This year, the costume rules and guidelines have been updated to further ensure the safety of all Guests. For example, costumes with multiple layers that drag the ground or anything that could be considered offensive are not permitted as are masks that cover the face. Be sure to read over the official costume guidelines so you are certain to plan an outfit that follows the rules and regulations. Please visit us again should you have additional questions!

    Happy Planning!
