Welcome to planDisney, Chris!
Thanks for stopping by with a question about the
Canadian Resident ticket offer, I'm always happy to help a fellow Canuck. The Canadian Resident ticket offer is a fantastic way to save on theme park tickets, I'm glad you're able to take advantage of the offer through your Costco package. Let's take a look at how to activate your theme park tickets.
If your flight arrives early enough and you’re planning to visit
Disney Springs (just a short bus ride from
Disney’s Pop Century Resort), I’d recommend activating your tickets there. This way, you can head straight into EPCOT without needing to stop at Guest Relations first. The
Disney Ticket Center is in Town Center, near the Disney Springs Welcome Center, and is open Sunday-Thursday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM and Friday–Saturday from 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM.
If that timing doesn’t work, no worries—there’s a Guest Relations location outside each theme park. Since you’re heading to EPCOT, you’ll find it on your right as you walk from the bus stop to the main entrance.
To activate your tickets, you’ll need to show government-issued ID. I’ve successfully activated tickets using a photo of my passport while carrying my driver’s licence with me. I prefer not carrying my passport around, so I was happy that the photo was accepted!
Chris, I hope this information helps get you sorted for the start of your Disney vacation. If you have any other questions, please
let me know - I'm happy to help!
Happy planning,
Candace
