    My costco package comes with Premium character dining. Since our hotel has free breakfast I'm thinking dinner at Goofy's kitchen is the best value. If not, what's the best time to break away from the busy crowds?

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I hope you and your family are getting excited about your upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort!

    I agree that Goofy’s Kitchen is the best Premium Character Dining experience available at this time. I would suggest scheduling an early dinner (the first seating time is generally 5:00 p.m.) so you’ll still have a good amount of time after your meal to spend a full evening in Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park enjoying attractions or nighttime entertainment. At dinnertime you’ll find an all-you-care-to-enjoy buffet that includes a carving station, catch of the day, a full dessert bar and other hearty menu items. 

    If you decide to enjoy brunch instead but don’t want to cut into your time in the theme parks too much, consider booking a reservation at 7:00 a.m. What better way to start a magical day than with Mickey waffles?  PB&J “pizza,” an omelet station and a whole section devoted to kids’ breakfast favorites are some of the other highlights of brunch. Reservations for Goofy’s Kitchen are highly recommended and can be made up to 60 days in advance by calling Disney Dining at (714) 781-DINE (3463).
