Hi there, Valerie! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney. We love to help fellow Guests board their magic carpets to the Happiest Place on Earth!
When it comes to
tickets, it sounds like you have already purchased either a single-day or multi-day One Park Per Day ticket. Pricing is always subject to change, but as of today, the upgrade to a Park Hopper ticket is $60 per Guest per day. If you have a multi-day ticket, you would need to upgrade each day. Upgrades can be made in person at the Main Entrance Ticket Booth or I would go ahead and give the
Ticket Services team a call at (714) 781-4636 ahead of time so that you can book your theme park reservations as well. When you have a Park Hopper, you will select the park where you will spend your morning with hopping available after 1 p.m. each day. All Guests are now required to have a
theme park reservation, specifying which date and which park they are attending, along with their theme park ticket. One thing to note is that the system does not allow for the reservations to transfer when you upgrade tickets as One Park Per Day and Park Hopper tickets actually pull from different pools of reservations. Before making any changes, I would go ahead and check the
reservation calendar to ensure that your dates are still available. If they are not, keep checking! Guests are constantly modifying their plans and reservations can oftentimes open up!
I am so excited you are considering Park Hopper tickets as you will not want to miss some spectacular events happening at both parks on your date! Start the day at Disneyland Park yielding your lightsaber and fighting the resistance in
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and then head over to Fantasyland to sail through "it's a small world" and grab your pixie dust for Peter Pan's Flight! For lunch, head across the esplanade to catch the very end of the
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. Grab a Sip and Savor pass and choose 8 selections from
12 Festival Marketplaces - you won't want to miss the SNICKERS Caramel-Peanut Milk Chocolate Mickey Macaron! It's great for sharing, trust me! If you're having too much fun eating and drinking through the park, stay and watch
World of Color light up Paradise Garden Park. Otherwise, enjoy
Soarin' Over California in its limited return before heading back over to Disneyland Park to catch the
Disneyland Forever fireworks and the one and only
Main Street Electrical Parade!
Valerie, magic awaits! If any more questions pop up, you know where to find us at
planDisney.
Keep wishing on those stars!
Tara
