What will be the cost of each RunDisney Marathon Weekend event in 2027?

    Hiya Maureen,

Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your runDisney question. I absolutely love that you are already looking ahead to Marathon Weekend next year. There is truly nothing like the excitement in the air during runDisney events, especially at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Runner’s Expo. From the music to the merch to seeing runners decked out in their costumes, it always feels like the starting line of pure magic.

Alright, Maureen, let’s sprint right into your question. The race prices for the upcoming runDisney Marathon Weekend have not been announced just yet. I recommend keeping a close eye on the runDisney website, especially since Club runDisney registration begins on March 10. One tip I always share is to look back at last year’s race prices. While prices do tend to inch up year to year, this can give you a solid starting point for what to expect as you plan your magical miles.

Now let me share a couple of runner-to-runner tips straight from my own race weekends. First, I highly recommend purchasing Memory Maker so you can capture those finish-line smiles and all the fun race-day outfits. Trust me, those photos feel just as good as the medal once the post-race soreness kicks in. Another favorite tip of mine is to bring a small, foldable bag that fits in your pocket or on your runner’s belt. When you cross the finish line, you can collect the snacks, bananas, Powerade, water, and of course, that shiny new medal, all in your bag. This keeps your hands free, which is a total game-changer.

Maureen, I hope this helps you feel even more excited and prepared as you plan for Marathon Weekend. If any other questions pop up along the course, please stop by planDisney again.

    See you real soon,

    Christina
