Hi, there!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Anita. We're glad you stopped by!
Having a stroller on hand while visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with your 6-year old is a wise move. Exploring the theme parks requires a lot of walking and little legs tire easily. Even my 8-year old asked for a few breaks in the stroller during our last stay!
Strollers can be rented from each of the four theme parks and Disney Springs. A daily rental is $15. If you purchase a Length-of-Stay rental, the price is $13 per day. Please keep in mind that these prices are subject to change at any time.
To have a stroller that is ready for you when you arrive at your Resort hotel, you'll need to rent from one of Disney's Featured Providers. These are private companies based out of Orlando. They'll drop the stroller off for you, and even pick it up! The prices of these stroller rentals vary between companies, but they're usually between $10 - $15 a day. To rent a stroller from one of Disney's Featured Providers, simply call or reserve online. Here is the information you need to do just that!

One of my favorite things about Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside and Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter is their convenient ferryboat access to
Disney Springs. My kids think the ride is an attraction in and of itself! Be sure to check it out.
I hope this was helpful, Anita. Please visit us again soon with any new questions you may have!
