what does it cost for a refillable cup? we are 5 adults and 3 grandchildren and it would be too costly to get dining plans just to have them. can i use the cups i purchased during my past visits or can i buy them at the disney store in long island

Hello Patricia!  Thanks for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

The refillable mugs are such a fun part of staying at a Walt Disney Resort.  My family and I look forward to checking in and purchasing our mugs right when we get there.  They also make great souvenirs to take home with you.  I have a whole cabinet full and we use them all of the time.  Purchasing the mugs is now based on the number of days you want to use your mug.  The mugs cost $8.99 for 1 Day, $11.99 for 2 Days, $14.99 for 3 Days and $17.99 for the length of your stay.  The mugs can be purchased in your resort food court once you arrive, they don't sell them at the Disney Stores across the country.  You will need to purchase a new cup, Disney does not allow the reuse of past mug purchases.

If you have any other question, I'd love for you to come back and ask me.  Have a great day!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
