does it cost money to watch fireworks at magic kingdom and epcot?

Hi there, Dylanis, and welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you're headed to the Most Magical Place on Earth to catch an unforgettable fireworks display, which is one of my favorite things to do! I'm so glad that you've stopped by with this question!

Dylanis, if you're planning to enter a Disney Theme Park, even if just to watch fireworks, you will need to purchase valid park admission. You'll be happy to know that there are quite a few places to see fireworks shows from outside the parks, that do not require a park ticket!

To see fireworks near Magic Kingdom Park, consider booking an Advance Dining Reservation at a restaurant like California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort, where you'll be treated to delicious food and a great view of the fireworks. You can also watch the fireworks and hear the accompanying music from outside Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.

To see fireworks near EPCOT, I suggest heading to Disney's BoardWalk area. While the best views will definitely be those inside the Theme Parks, there are still plenty of great places to view the fireworks without a park ticket! To find out what time fireworks begin, head to the Hours & Events Calendar. This will be helpful as you make your plans!

Dylanis, I hope this is helpful to you! Please stop by planDisney with any other questions you have!

    Happily,
    Jennifer
