Your annual pass should have a whole line of small letters and numbers just above the barcode on the back side of the pass. Click HERE to view an example of the Pass Type 1. It’s hard to see it in the picture. Without being able to see your pass to help you, I suggest calling the Passholder phone number to have them help you find your number and navigate through the website to add your pass to your account. You can contact them by calling (407) 560-PASS.
