How can I see what the cost is for our family of 14 ?

Hey there, Amanda, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by the panel with your question! Planning a Walt Disney World Vacation is always exciting, and it sounds like you are bringing along tons of family to experience the fun! Planning for a large vacation party can require a little more coordination, but it’s sure to deliver even more fun!

Amanda, the Walt Disney World website will allow you to price and book Disney Vacation Packages for parties of up to 12 Guests. Reservations for parties over 12 must be booked by phone with a Reservations Cast Member. But no worries! You still have a couple of options when it comes to getting an overall cost to help you get started on your planning. The first option is to divide your travel party by the number of Guests staying in each Disney Resorts Collection Hotel room. Next, price out the vacation for one room and multiply the total by the number of rooms you expect to have. This approach should give you a pretty good expectation of the total cost for your party. When you are ready to book, I still recommend that you reach out to a Cast Member for assistance. They will have the best idea of resort availability for your dates and will be able to include any request notes in your reservation - like getting rooms near each other.

I hope this helps, Amanda! If you have more questions while planning your Disney Vacation, stop back by and let me know
