Hey there Aaron,
Welcome back to
planDisney! Two of my favorite things to do are walk a golf course for a couple of hours, and walk around Disney Parks for a couple of hours. Combining them, I can tell you from experience was the most magical round I’ve ever had. I’ll be happy to help you understand as much as I can about golfing at “The Happiest Place on Turf.”
When you visit one of the four Walt Disney World Golf courses you won’t always have time for a full 18 holes, and sometimes not even 9 holes. When I spoke with someone from WDW Golf they let me know a driving range bucket of balls is $12, and it has 65-75 balls. Pricing is subject to change. If you plan on visiting the recommendation I got when calling was to call ahead of each visit. Sometimes there is regular maintenance happening and they won’t have availability. If you indeed decide to play a round, you do receive a complimentary small bucket of balls to warm up with if you arrive to your tee time early enough. Arriving an hour ahead of time gives you plenty of time to drop off your clubs, stop by the clubhouse for golf balls for the course. You can even hit a few straight at the driving range inside of that hour.
If you are looking for a stay as a Florida resident there are usually fantastic
Special Offers. And staying at
Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa you will be staying where the
Lake Buena Vista Golf Course is located. This is the last course I have played at and have a tip to find yourself some discounts on your tee times. There are great offers for something called the Sunset 9. This gives you 9 holes towards the end of the day and you are not guaranteed to finish. What you are guaranteed is a wonderful cost starting as low as $39 plus tax. Prices are subject to change.
I hope you enjoy your visit to play golf in whatever capacity it is. Come back anytime and we will be happy to help.
See ya real soon,
Jeremy A.
