What is the cost of the dining plan?

Hello, Karen! Welcome back to planDisney, and Welcome Home to a fellow Disney Vacation Club Member! It's my pleasure to lend a helping hand as you're finalizing all of the magical details for your November trip to Walt Disney World. Let's get right to it!

Without a doubt, one of my favorite parts of planning my next Disney vacation is deciding where to eat! From iconic snack options to fine dining experiences, there's something for every palate. Adding a Dining Plan is a great way to prepay for meals and snacks - I really like to have a plan to help with sticking to a budget! There are two options for plans, the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan and the Disney Dining Plan. We usually opt for the Disney Dining Plan, which includes a Table-Service Meal for each night of your stay. It's nice to have a sit-down meal during a busy day in the theme parks to get off your feet, hydrate, and decide what to do next!

The cost for 2026 is currently $60.47 per night of the stay for adult Guests for the Quick-Service plan, and $98.59 per night for the Disney Dining Plan (subject to change). There's also a great promotion for 2026 for free dining for kids ages 3-9. This applies to Guests staying at a Disney Resort Hotel - including the DVC resorts - when all of the adult Guests have a dining plan.

To add a dining plan to your reservation, log into the Member website and select "My DVC", then "My Dashboard". From here, scroll down to your November booking and click on the dates. This will open up a menu with several options to add on to your trip, including Dining Plans. Proceed through the prompts, and you'll be good to go!

I hope this information is helpful for your planning purposes, Karen! Thanks so much for coming back to see us again at planDisney, and please don't hesitate to reach out again if we can help with other questions to add a little extra pixie dust to your adventures.

    Stay Magical!
