    Does it cost anything to have packages from the park delivered to your WDW resort hotel? How does the process work and how long will it take packages to arrive? Have there ever been any instances of lost packages? Thanks!

    Package delivery is a complimentary service offered to WDW resort guests.

    All guests can use Package Pick-Up which is a service where your purchases can be sent to a store near the front entrance of the park that you are touring.

    When making your purchase, a Cast Member is likely to ask you if you'd like to use Package Delivery or Pick-Up. If not offered, just ask the CM for assistance.

    I have never had of a lost package. I imagine that it happens so hold on to your Package Delivery receipt!
