    Does it cost anything to have packages from online purchases (saks or aplpe online stores, for example) delivered to your WDW resort hotel? How does the process work? I'm going to stay at Port Orleans River Side! Thankyou

    Hi Leticia,

    There's no extra cost charged by Walt Disney World to have packages sent to your Walt Disney World resort.

    With the increasing airline baggage fees, shipping stuff is a great alternative.

    Your package should arrive the hotel only a few days prior to your Check In date. Bell Services will hold your item until you arrive.

    The address should be written in this manner:

    Guest's name (make sure it is the name that is on your reservation)
    c/o Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside
    Reservation #
    1251 Riverside Drive
    Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830
