Hi Lydia!
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for sending your
Disneyland Resort vacation planning question to us hEAR!
Oh dear! I'm so sorry you're having a bit of ticket trouble! Sadly names for
Disneyland Resort Theme Park Admission Tickets cannot be changed online or in the
Disneyland Mobile App after they've been purchased. Your only option would be to either
call the helpful Ticketing Cast Members at (714) 781-4636 or to possibly wait until you're in person and get assistance from either the ticket sales booths or possibly
Guest Relations.
However, the names on your
Oogie Boogie Bash admission tickets might not actually matter that much; certain tickets do have stipulations that say each name must match a government-issued photo ID, but those are usually to prove that you qualify for
special promotional tickets like those for California Residents or U.S. Military Members. For
everyday theme park or
special event tickets, the names are more to keep everyone in your party organized so you'll know who's who when hopping parks or making attraction reservations. (My husband was once "named" Michelle on a visit to Mickey's house because he was gifted a ticket from someone who thought that she was supposed to enter
her name on the ticket.) You honestly probably won't even need to use your ticket for anything other than admission or scanning for
Disney PhotoPass photos as
Disney Genie+ and
Lightning Lanes are usually off during after-hours special events.
I hope that you and your boo crew have the BEST time at the
Oogie Boogie Bash, Lydia! Be sure to check out the
