Making sure that your pixie-dusted plans are perfect for your visit to
Walt Disney World is a great idea, especially when those details are reflected in your
My Disney Experience account. Good thinking!
First, see if your own My Disney Experience account has that
Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation confirmation number linked to it. To do this, head to Walt Disney World's website, select "Sign In", and enter your login information for your own adult account. Once there, hover your cursor over "My Disney Experience" in the top right corner, then select "My Plans". On that next screen, your Daily Itinerary should show your resort reservation number on your day of check-in, and everyone joining in the fun should be listed under "My Planning Party". If that is not the case, it should be an easy fix. On that same screen, you'll see a phone number listed under "My Planning Party" which you can call if there are any errors regarding who is listed in your traveling party. When Stitch has gotten into our reservation, making a bit of a mess of things, a Cast Member has always been able to straighten it out much more easily than we could on our own.
Next, take a look at your My Family & Friends List--located in your My Disney Experience account--checking to see if everyone in your traveling party is listed correctly. If anyone is duplicated, or if their
ages or
character icons are not posted exactly as you created them, Stitch may have been playing in there, too. No worries, though, a Cast Member can clean up that little mess quickly. At the bottom of your Family & Friends List, there is also a phone number for reaching that helpful Cast Member for assistance.
Once you've smoothed those details, Cindi, you should be able to see all of your accurate plans--and so much more--on your
My Disney Experience mobile app. Don't leave home without it!
