Does Coronado Springs still offer Jr. Suites? Have reservation at ASM in a family suite, but like pool area at Coronado. What is the size difference? Price difference? Going 01/28-02/03 w/ 2 adults, 4 kids (16, 8, 6, 4)...love the panel, you guys rock!

    Hi Mindy,

Yes, Coronado Springs does offer Junior Suites still (and based on the 2010 prices that I have) during the time that you will be travelling (January 28th-February 3rd) is considered to be their "Value" season which is from January 18th until February 11th.

The description of the Junior Suites as per the WDW website is as follows:  This suite has one bedroom and a parlor. The bedroom has two double beds. The parlor has a queen-size Murphy-style wall bed. The suite also has a comfortable sitting area for entertaining which includes a television. The suite has two full bathrooms with a tub. Sleeps 6. Amenities include in-room wall safe, voice mail, high-speed Internet access (additional fee) and coffee maker. Hairdryer and iron and ironing board are available upon request.

I have stayed a few times in the Family Suites at The All-Star Music Resort (ASM), and although I like the extra space, I love Coronado Springs (CS) pool as well and the surroundings of the Resort is much more "my style" than the All-Star Music, so if you can afford the difference of approximately $150.00 extra per night (based on availability of course), I think I would choose the Coronado as well.  The Family Suites at ASM tend to be approximately $200.00 per night during your travel dates and the  Junior Suites at CS are approximately $355.00 per night based on the "mock booking" I just tried to make on the WDW website with your travel dates.  Good luck in deciding where to stay and have a magical trip!

    Best wishes,
