    Coral Reef: Each time I have been there I have seen scuba divers swim up to window with big signs: "Happy Birthday etc" How can this be set up? I assume a fee?

     

    Hi Denise! I can't think of a better way to celebrate a birthday than with a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort! Unfortunately, divers are no longer available to deliver messages at the Coral Reef Restaurant. However, there are many other ways to celebrate birthdays! For example, consider making Advanced Dining Reservations (ADR) for a Disney Character Dining experience. You will surely enjoy meeting some favorite Disney characters during a very special birthday meal. Here are some possible options:

     

    1. Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, and Pluto will be stopping by your table. They will be dressed in their best culinary attire.

    2. Donald's Safari Breakfast at Tusker House in Disney's Animal Kingdom Park. Mickey, Donald, Daisy, and Goofy will be wearing their safari outfits.

    3. 'Ohana's Best Friends Breakfast with Lilo & Stitch at Disney's Polynesian Resort. Lilo, Stitch, Mickey, and Pluto wear their tropical Hawaiian attire.

    4. The Garden Grill Restaurant at Disney's Epcot. Chip, Dale, Mickey and Pluto will be dressed in their farmer costumes.

    5. The Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom is a buffet style family favorite. There you will meet Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, and Piglet.

    6. You may also request a Celebrate Today Cake, available at most restaurants, or order a custom Birthday Cake by calling (407) 827-2253. Please be advised that custom cake orders require at least 48 hours advance notice.

     

    Please note, ADR may be booked 180 days in advance by calling (407) WDW-DINE or reserve online. Your family is sure to experience a most memorable birthday celebration at the Walt Disney World Resort!
