I have the coral reef booked for the CP. I understand that it is $57.50 (lunch), but is this a three course meal? From the menu?

    Hi Cynthia,

Great job in snagging a reservation for the Candlelight Processional Dining Package. Those reservations tend to be hard to get!

The last time I took advantage of this package, we were offered an appetizer, entree, and a dessert. So, to answer your first question, this should be a three-course meal.

With respect to your second question, I recall having access to most of the menu items with the package deal. For some reason, I think a couple of higher-priced items were not available, but that seems fair to me though.

Here's a little tip from your buddy Derek:

Typically, the rule of thumb when dining at a specialty restaurant is to order something that falls within their "specialty." Since the Coral Reef Restaurant is known for its seafood, one might think that you have to focus on the fish and other delicacies of the sea, right?

    Not so fast!

I had lunch at the Coral Reef Restaurant not that long ago, and for some reason I decided to veer away from the seafood items and try their Maple and Ancho Chile Braised Short Rib. The verdict - it was pretty darn tasty!

So, if someone in your party is on the fence about seafood, but might be worried that the landlubber offerings might not be that great in a seafood restaurant, encourage them to go with their gut (pun intended!). I'm a huge fan of this restaurant and have never been disappointed with any of my choices.

I hope that helps! Please feel free to write back if you should have any additional questions and I'll be happy to help in any way that I can.

    Best regards,
    Derek
