Usually, sometime during the last night of your stay in a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you'll receive an email detailing all of the charges to your room account. You might need to look in your spam or trash folders to make sure your email didn't get misdirected, or check for any alternate email addresses you might have on file with Disney. Looking at the email from my family's last stay, the sender should be "disneyresorts @ disneyworld.com." If you're still not seeing your final charges, you can
call Guest Relations and ask a Cast Member to locate your invoice and email it to you.
