I'm glad you reached out to us at planDisney, because "you've got a friend in me." I recently stayed at the Disneyland Hotel and had the same question as you. I would have liked to have stopped by the hotel front desk on my final day to request the summary statement for my stay, but I was simply too caught up in all the magic and fun to take the time to do that. Oops!
I found two ways to submit a request for a folio statement for my recent stay at Disneyland Resort Hotel. First, I called the Disneyland Resort Hotel Billing number, +1 (714) 956-6492, and left a detailed voice mail message to request a statement. Next, I submitted a message to the "Email Us" page on the Disneyland Resort Help Center. On the Email Us page, I chose the "Hotel Reservations" category and "My Hotel Bill and Folio" subcategory. In both cases, I included my name, hotel confirmation number, check-in date, and email address.
I submitted my requests early in the afternoon on a Friday. Within just a couple of hours, I received an email from guest.services@disneyland.com with a link to download my statement. Later that night, I sent a reply to the email with a follow-up question. Within the next business day, I received a reply that resolved my question perfectly. I was very grateful for the prompt, courteous, and professional support from the Disneyland Resort team.
