Ahoy, Graham! Welcome back to planDisney. I hope you had an amazing time on your recent 5-Night Bahamian Cruise aboard the Disney Fantasy.
Once you disembark, it takes approximately 24 hours for your onboard account to become accessible online. Then you can access your stateroom folio on the main Disney Cruise Line
website after logging into your MyDisney account. Once you login, click on the tab labeled “Already Booked” at the top of the page and a dropdown box will open. Click on the option at the very bottom labeled “My Cruise History and Folio” under the heading “My Account.” That will open up a page with your
Castaway Club information and you can find your most recent sailing by scrolling down to the section labeled “My Cruises.” You will only be able to access your stateroom folio information and download it for up to 90 days after your sailing date. If you run into any problems, there is a link to contact Disney Cruise Line for additional help with your folio under the “My Cruises” heading as well.
