How do I get a copy of the changes made during my stay at the Disney World resort

Welcome to planDisney, Laura! Thanks so much for stopping by and asking this question. I'm always happy to help a fellow Coloradan!

I just had a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel stay last month and after I checked out, a guest folio showing all charges was emailed to me. The email came through with the subject heading, "Your Disney Resort Hotel Receipt." If a search of your inbox using this doesn't return any results, I would recommend checking your junk folder. If you didn't receive the final statement from your Resort stay, you can email guest.services.billing@disneyworld.com. Be sure to include the name on the reservation, the dates of your stay, and the name of your Resort Hotel. This might take a few days, or it could be a couple of weeks.

If you prefer to track your charges during your next stay, you can find them in the My Disney Experience app under "My Resort." You can also view them after check out for approximately 24 hours.

I hope this information helps and that you had a magical vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort! When you're ready to plan your next Disney vacation, please visit us again at planDisney. We would love to help!

    Smiles,
    Lisa
