    Is a copy of birth certificate made on home computer printer acceptable for children identification on Disney Dream cruise Fort Lauderdale to Bahamas

    Hi there, Dan! Travel documentation is essential to the cruising process. In terms of birth certificates, the Disney Cruise Line website states:

    US Citizens (including children) need an original or copy of their state-issued birth certificate and a physical Government photo ID (digital/mobile state-issued IDs are unacceptable to sail). Children 15 years of age and younger do not need to present a Government-issued photo ID.

    That being said, you can print a scanned copy of the state-issued birth certificate. Once in my stateroom, I store my citizenship documents in the safe for safekeeping. You will also need to upload these documents during Online Check-in. I find it useful to place the travel documentation for each person in my traveling party in a folder on my computer so I can access them easily.
