After staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, I always like to grab a paper copy of any
MagicBand or Room Charges that may have been made to ensure that I'm staying within my budget. This allows me to ensure the possibility of future visits!
If you do not pick up a copy before you leave Walt Disney World Resort, you can contact a Cast Member at the Walt Disney World Resort where you stayed and ask them to email you a copy of the invoice that they have on file or have a printed copy mailed to you. In the future, be sure to leave an email with the Cast Member when you Check-In to your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel and ask that a copy be sent to you on the final day of my visit.

locate the main page for your Walt Disney World Resort hotel for the telephone number you require or speak with a Cast Member that specializes in past vacations at Walt Disney World Resort at (407)939-6104. You could also request an invoice for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation from the Help Center. Be sure to have your Reservation Number available.
You can also view ongoing charges throughout your stay using the
My Disney Experience Account. I like to use My Disney Experience to check my spending habits nightly and adjust accordingly for the following Disney day. Since I use the
Online Resort Check-In Service up to 60 days before my Walt Disney World Resort vacation, my invoice is emailed to me automatically upon Checking-Out.
