I am coordinating a family trip to WDW for next December. There will be 19 in our party, 3yrs-72yrs old. What are some good restaurants for all of us to meet at the end of our day? We would like to have one meal together each day.

Hi Jennifer! Congratulations on your Family Trip to Walt Disney World! I planned a Family Trip and can offer a few suggestions, especially for meals. I found that it was best to let everyone visit their Park of choice during the day. Those of us at the same park visited attractions and ate lunch together. However, even among those of us at the same park, some decided to "do their own thing" for attractions and meals. It really helped for me to realize that even though we were vacationing together, it was still everyone's personal vacation. We decided that we would meet for dinner each evening. However, because we were in different parks and those of use with small children did not purchase Park Hopper tickets, we chose restaurants that were at the Disney Resort Hotels.

Our family stayed at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort , so as home base, we decided on several family meals there. On the day of our arrival, because of varying flight and car caravan arrivals, we decided to meet at Pepper Market. The open air food court with the Chef's station was a hit! So, my first recommendation is to dine at your Hotel Resort.

My second recommendation is to select dining experiences that offer a variety, such as the all-you care-to-eat buffets. This way everyone in your family will find something they will enjoy. Here are a few of our favorites- Cape May Cafe Clam Bake at Disney's Beach Club Resort, 'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Resort, and Boma at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge.

Your Family Trip will create lasting memories and Disney is the best place for Magical Memories! Enjoy!
