Hi Katie!
I was a notorious over-packer long before parenthood, and I still can't figure out how to pare down. My trips to Walt Disney World Resort with my son include a backpack diaper bag, a big camera in its protective bag, the stroller, a parent caddy, and a small cooler pack for just his sippy cups. Our stroller even has a side saddlebag as a just-in-case. (I had the chance to visit solo last year and I cannot tell you how freeing it was to only need my MagicBand and my phone.)
At present there is no limit to how many bags one family, or even one person, may bring into Walt Disney World Resort. As long as your bags and coolers are under 24" x 15" x 18" you shouldn't have a problem. Pro Tip: every zipper and pocket will need to be checked, so don't pack your bags just-so or too full because items will need to be shifted during the security stop. Please also keep in mind that updates happen regularly, so what is true right now may have changed a bit by the time you arrive. Follow the Disney Parks Blog for any important updates, and also check back with the
Restricted Personal Items page shortly before your vacation.
To lighten your load, Disney is very accommodating when it comes to
Special Dietary Requests.
Baby Care Centers have all the back-up supplies your little ones may need. And you can
send any non-food souvenirs or merchandise to either the front of the park for pickup later that day or back to your Disney Resort Hotel so it's one less bag to carry with you.
We'll See You Real Soon, Katie!
