Hi, there!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Marsha. I'm so glad you stopped by with this great question!
You must be so excited to head to the Walt Disney World Resort in just a few short days.
Now more than ever is the time to visit, and I just know you'll have a magical stay!
I'm happy to tell you that Guests are most welcome to take coolers into the theme parks and water parks. I always pack a soft-sided cooler before my family leaves our Disney Resort hotel room in the morning for pixie-dusted adventures. I pack water bottles, juice pouches, fresh fruit, and snacks. Just be sure that
your cooler, with or without wheels, cannot be larger than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high. Please also note that
loose or dry ice is not permitted in your cooler. It's recommended that you use ice packs or bagged ice to keep your items cold. If you have super important items that need to be kept cold, like medications, there are multiple in-park locations to keep your items cool including
Guest Relations,
Baby Care Centers, and
First Aid Centers.
Don't forget to download the
Play Disney Parks mobile app prior to your arrival this week. With interactive games, Disney trivia, and even playlists inspired by the theme parks, this app adds lots of fun to your Disney vacation!
I hope this was helpful, Marsha. I'm wishing you a magical visit!
