Any convenience store at WDW Disney Springs/elsewhere with things like granola bars, mixed nut bags, etc? Bit of time from wake-up to breakfast in a park, so having snack protein in room would be desirable. Don't want to add to flight luggage. Thanks!

    Hi Keith,

Yes, you will be able to find stores that offer healthy snacks throughout Disney property.  Every Disney resort has a shop/convenience store.  However, some offer more choices than others.

You will be able to find trail mixes and other snacks at Mickey's Pantry, located at Disney Springs Marketplace.  Also located at the Marketplace are the World of Disney Store and Goofy's Candy Company where you can also find pre-packaged trail mixes.   Depending on whether or not you have a mini refrigerator in your room, another idea would be to visit Starbucks at Disney Springs or the theme parks and pick up their Protein Bistro box.  These include a hard boiled egg, honey peanut butter, apple slices, grapes, cheese and multigrain muesli bread.  You can pick them up and take them back to your room for the following day.

If there is a specific snack that you'd like to have, you can always ship it to your Disney resort.  When sending something to the resort, please label the package with the following information:

    1. The Disney resort's name where the recipient is staying, and its mailing address must be used.

    2.  The word GUEST along with the recipient's name and date of arrival at the resort must also be clearly labeled on the package.

I hope this information helps you Keith.  Wishing you a very magical vacation!
