Ah, gotcha! Seeing the amazing
World of Color – ONE would be a great motivation to hop from
Disneyland Park to
Disney California Adventure Park. To make that a reality, you will either need to modify your
theme park reservation to be for Disney California Adventure Park or use a
theme park ticket with the
Park Hopper option. As
previously discussed, Guests with Park Hopper tickets may switch parks as early as 11:00 a.m. Guests without Park Hopper tickets will need to have a park reservation for Disney California Adventure Park.
Preferred viewing for World of Color is available through the
virtual queue system. Whether you hop parks, or you have a park reservation for Disney California Adventure Park, you may join the virtual queue starting at 12:00 p.m. Because this nighttime spectacular is very popular, I recommend setting an alarm to remind you to make your virtual queue request right at noon.
Tony’s Tip: When theme park reservations for a particular park are not available, it’s worth checking the
theme park reservation availability calendar frequently. You never know when other Guests may need to change plans, making their canceled reservation available to you. Also, if you are a Guest of one of the three
Disneyland Resort Hotels, make sure to book your theme park reservations through the
My Hotel Reservations page to access
theme park reservations exclusively for hotel Guests.
