Howdy Alexis! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We're so glad you've brought your planning question to us; we're all ears and love to talk about all things related to Disney vacations.
It looks like you have a fantastic fall getaway on the books. What a great idea to take care of as much business as possible before the fun begins. I always try to pay down my trip balance so that once I arrive, I can enjoy my time in the Most Magical Place on Earth with no worries. Hakuna Matata!
Alexis, if you have booked a vacation package, you can pay off the balance online through
My Disney Experience or by phone at (407) 939-7675. If you have a room-only reservation, you can take care of the balance when you arrive at your Disney Resort Hotel, or in advance by
calling Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936. Be sure to have your reservation number ready for the friendly Cast Member on the phone.
Even when I have my resort room, theme park tickets, and
Disney Dining Plan paid for in advance, I like to bring Disney Gift Cards along to cover other expenses such as souvenirs, snacks, and tips for table-service restaurants. Fortunately, my family knows that for me, there is no greater gift than the magic of Disney, so I usually have some Disney Gift Cards on hand from birthdays and holidays. Visit
disneygiftcard.com to easily combine and track these for convenient use in the theme parks and resorts. My strategy is to use a
MagicBand for theme park purchases and take my gift cards to the front desk of my resort periodically throughout my stay to pay down charges.
I hope this helps you prepare for your upcoming pixie-dusted adventures. If you have any other questions or would like to know more about special seasonal events like
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party or the
EPCOT® International Food & Wine Festival that may coincide with your visit, please come back and see us again. We love to help!
See ya real soon,
Betsy
