Get to contemporary hotel from Disney boardwalk

Hi Karan! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You have a lot of fun in store with locations like Disney's BoardWalk and Disney's Contemporary Resort on your itinerary! The proximity to the theme parks is one of the best things about these locations. On my family's most recent visit, we stayed at Disney's BoardWalk Inn and loved the ability to walk to both Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios, while Disney's Contemporary Resort is a short walk from Magic Kingdom Park. Staying close to the magic is a top-priority in my book!

When using Walt Disney World complimentary transportation, the best route is to take the bus from Disney's BoardWalk Inn to Magic Kingdom Park. Once you arrive at Magic Kingdom Park, Disney's Contemporary Resort is a very close walk from the bus stop. You can also choose to hop on the Resort Monorail once you arrive at Magic Kingdom Park and take that to Disney's Contemporary Resort, but walking will probably be faster.

If you are looking for the speediest option and willing to pay a little out-of-pocket for transportation, you can use the super-cute Minnie Van Service, another ride-sharing service, or a taxi. These options will take you directly from Disney's BoardWalk Inn to Disney's Contemporary Resort with less walking.

I hope you enjoy every moment of your vacation, Karan! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
