    Hello! We are contemplating a split stay in May. If we start at Swan or Dolphin and then move to Bay Lake Tower, will bell services be able to transfer our luggage?

    Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. The month of May will be here before you know it - I'm sure you're getting excited about your vacation!

    My family loves a split stay at Walt Disney World Resort. We enjoy getting to experience more than one beautifully-themed resort, and exploring what each has to offer. There are so many amazing options when it comes to choosing a resort hotel - why not choose more than one to enjoy on your getaway? 

    At this time, Bell Services can transfer luggage between Disney Resorts Collection Hotels, which includes over 25 Resort hotels within Walt Disney World. While the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel and the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel are wonderful choices for accommodations, close to Walt Disney World theme parks, they are not officially part of the Disney Resorts Collection and therefore not eligible for luggage transfer to Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort. 

    May I suggest having Bell Services hold your luggage on your checkout day while you visit the theme parks, and then arrange for a rideshare service to help you move to your new location? If you won't have your vehicle with you on vacation, this would always be an option - one I've done several times!
