Hi. I contacted disneys website but did not receive a response. Can you tell me which meals are $15 for the character dining? If I make a reservation can I cancel it if the price is too much for my budget as it doesn't give me a price before I reserve?

    Hi Lisa,

If I were you, I would spend some time looking at the menus and prices of the Disney restaurants that offer character meals online before you book your dining reservations.  I typically go to allears.net to find this information quickly and easily.  For instance, in less than a minute I pulled up the prices for the breakfast buffet at the Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom.  The adult buffet price is $22.99, and for children 3-9, it is $12.99.  One of my best money-saving tips is to enjoy character meals at breakfast time as they are typically considerably cheaper than meals later in the day.  As an example, the dinner buffet at the Crystal Palace (where the same characters will be present as at breakfast time) is $36.99 per adult and $17.99 per child.  So, if you go to the Crystal Palace at breakfast time instead of dinner time, you save $14 per adult and $5 per child!

And you can certainly call (407) WDW-DINE to cancel dining reservations that you no longer want.

Enjoy your character dining experience at Walt Disney World!  Don't forget to take your camera!
