How do I contact WDW to arrange a video call to set disabled access pass in advance of visiting WDW ? My mother is travelling with us and she has held a disabled access pass in WDW on our 2 previous trips

Hi Mark! Welcome back to planDisney!

Walt Disney World Resort eligible guest can now pre-register by setting up a video conference to secure your Disability Access Service (DAS) as soon as 30 days prior to your park visit but no less than two days. Phone lines are open from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time. Here's a quick link.

After you have registered for Disability Access Service (DAS), a cast member will assist you in booking up to 2 one-hour return windows per day for select experiences. Click on this link to see which experiences are included in each of the four Walt Disney World Resort theme parks.
