Savi's Workshop. When I visited Savi's Gatherers, I could feel the Force flowing as the Padawans in the workshop activated their sabers - it was truly unforgettable!
I'm sorry to hear your lightsaber is not operating properly. My son had the same experience with his Savi's lightsaber, and I'm pleased to share that the Jedi at Merchandise Guest Services will be happy to help. Please email them at Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com to request assistance. For faster service, provide as much information as you can in your request - I needed to provide a receipt (or a resort hotel folio or credit card statement showing the charge), a video showing the malfunction, a description of the problem, and the date of our visit. They will respond with any questions and determine the best next steps to repair your lightsaber. In our case, they were able to send a new hilt and my son is back to fighting Jedi (he is more of a Sith Lord than a
