Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney Yvette. I'm so happy you stopped by and even happier to see that you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in just a few, short days! With
The World's Most Magical Celebration well underway and the
holiday season kicking off, it's an exceptionally magical time to visit the theme parks.
The Walt Disney World Resort is committed to providing inclusive, accessible, and magical experiences for all Guests. Many services are available for Guests with disabilities, including the
Disability Access Service. This program is designed for Guests who experience difficulty tolerating extended wait times in a traditional queue environment due to a disability. The program has recently been updated to include the option for pre-registration. Guests may pre-register for the Disability Access Service as early as 30-days in advance. Pre-registration must be completed at least 2-days before your arrival, so the good news is, you still have time for this convenient option! To pre-register for the program virtually with a Cast Member via live video chat, visit the
Registering for Disability Access Service page on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Scroll down the page to review and accept the terms and conditions, and then click on the button that says, "Request Live Video Chat."
For additional information about Disability Access Service, call
Disability Services at (407) 560-2547 or email disability.services@disneyparks.com. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to chat with you!
I hope this was helpful, Yvette. I'm wishing you a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
Ashley
