Welcome to planDisney, Lisa.
Thanks for stopping by to chat about your upcoming jolly holiday to
The Most Magical Place on Earth. I bet you are eager to be walking right down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A. taking in the sights and sounds. With less than two weeks to go, you won’t have to wait too long for that daydream to become a reality!
Lisa, unfortunately, the pre-arrival registration option for
Disability Access Service (DAS) is only available to Guests based in the United States at this time. I know that’s not what you were hoping to hear, but don’t let it worry you a wink. You will be able to register for Disability Access Service (DAS) as soon as you arrive at the first theme park of your trip. Head straight to the
Guest Relations location there, and a friendly Cast Member will walk you through the registration process and set up your initial selections should you meet the qualifications. Keep an eye out for the
Guest Experience Team locations throughout the parks (marked with blue umbrellas), because the Cast Members there can assist you with any of your DAS needs should you have any issues. They can also help you make subsequent DAS selections if you need assistance with that.
Don’t forget to check out the delicious culinary creations at the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival during your stay. Your taste buds will thank you! Have a truly magical trip, Lisa. We’ll see ya real soon!
Have courage and be kind,
Alyssa
